At Hengming New Materials, we recognize that green manufacturing is not only a responsibility but also a core driver of sustainable enterprise development. We adhere to the environmental protection policy of “prevention at the source, control during the process, and compliant emissions,” strictly following national and local environmental regulations. We are committed to integrating green practices into every aspect of our production and operations.
Our factory construction and operations have passed the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval from the Zhengzhou Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau. The EIA conclusion confirms that the project’s environmental impact is controllable and the mitigation measures are effective. All pollutant emissions comply with national and local standards such as the Yellow River Basin Water Pollutant Discharge Standards and the Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants. A total of RMB 2.8155 million was invested in environmental protection, and the facilities were designed, constructed, and put into operation simultaneously with the main project.
We have established a comprehensive environmental protection system covering wastewater, exhaust gas, solid waste, and noise:
Production wastewater is treated through “neutralization + sedimentation, reverse osmosis, and evaporation” processes and fully reused in production, realizing circular use of resources.
Equipped with multi-stage treatment systems including bag filters, activated carbon adsorption, and wet dust removal; emissions are discharged through 20-meter stacks in compliance with regulations.
Hazardous waste is stored in designated areas and regularly handed over to certified units for treatment to avoid secondary pollution.
Noise from key equipment is minimized through vibration reduction and sound insulation; plant boundary noise complies with Category 3 national standards.
